An innovative plant-based beverage line

McCarter is a Slovak manufacturing and trading company founded in 1997, specializing in beverages. According to Milan Pasmik, the company is targeting the plant-based beverage trend with the addition of freshly pressed juice, vegetable milks, fruit pieces, unsaturated fatty acids and the inclusion of seeds. “There is a huge interest in protein enrichment and our idea was to produce vegan products with a focus on B proteins,” he explains. “We are the only company bringing plant-based milk drinks to the market with the inclusion of chia seeds.” These new products are on the market now, first being launched in Slovakia.
