DSM revealed its unique ability to help customers boost innovation with a diverse portfolio of both commercially available products and over two-dozen new prototypes at this year’s booth. DSM showcased DelvoCid+, an FDA GRAS Notified (GRN 517) preservative based on natamycin for use in non-alcoholic beverages that protects against spoilage from mold and yeast. It provides opportunities to reduce artificial preservatives, while extending shelf life and improving the flavor profile of beverages.
