Scheckters Organic Beverages, whose products launched six years ago in the UK, provide organic energy drinks that offer a healthier alternative. The company originally launched with just its original flavor, which contains organic pomegranate, elderberry and lemon juice in sparkling water. The company’s “original” beverage is sweetened with raw cane sugar, while the “lite” version has 30 percent fewer calories and is sweetened with organic agave nectar. All of the company’s products use 80mg of organic caffeine, and they sell in the UK, the Netherlands, South Africa and the US Northeast. Two years ago the company launched green tea variants, which use green tea with organic ginger or organic mint instead of a juice base.
