Tate & Lyle celebrated the formal opening of its expanded capacity at its oat ingredients manufacturing facility in Kimstad, Sweden this week. The expansion means that capacity at the facility has increased more than tenfold since it was acquired by Tate & Lyle in 2013. In an interview with FoodIngredientsFirst, Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs, Rowan Adams explains how the expansion is suited to the geographical region of Kimstad and the current opportunities in oat based ingredients. He says: "We now have the capacity for expanding our oat based business due to high consumer demand and we are excited for the future."
