So the first question.
Tell us about your yeast protein, Evita Hypro Beyond.
In what ways can this protein support F&B applications?
NGV Hypro Beyond is a very interesting product because it's a non-functional product.
Yeast protein can be incorporated in use in basically all kinds of applications.
It's mild flavoring and and basically they almost.
No functionality will allow customers and producers to incorporate this product in almost any markets of application.
Therefore, it becomes a very flexible product that can be used in a very wide range of preparations.
Can you give us some examples of how flexible it can be in terms of applications customization.
For instance, we can use milk, vegan milk, alternative protein, meat application, sauce.
She's Alternatives, all these kind of preparation that can really use the effect to increase the protein amount, but they really need to keep a substantial sense of the functionality as it is and not impart the flavor.
And as you know, consumers are increasingly concerned about the nutritional quality of their food.
In what ways does Hypropion elevate human nutrition?
Hyond is a very wide set of amino acids in the yeast protein and it can contribute to all the essential amino acids.
So all the consumers that are looking for having a nutritional improvement of their products, they will always find a very good solution.

In what ways isn't Javita Hydroond an eco-friendly option?

A rather low carbon footprint and we can say that it's a rather sustainable product to incorporate so we're able to increase and respond to the demand of always increasing nutritional protein demand with a rather low impact on the environment.

We, we as Laman but also all the other partner and and player in the market, they are using their knowledge and science to increase the capacity to produce protein from yeast.
But this is not only from a nutritional point of view but also from a functional point of view.
So they're able to create a very powerful tool for producers and also for customers eventually to increase the necessity.
Of a nutritional product but also respond to all the functionality the consumers still want to see in their product.
So eventually all the consumers will not have to choose between quality and nutritional.
