09 Aug 2018 --- Solvay introduced its new naturally-sourced ingredient – Rhovanil US NAT – to the US market at IFT 2018. Catering to rising consumer demand for true-to-nature products, Rhovanil US NAT meets US natural flavor regulations and is ideal for manufacturers looking to reformulate an existing product, or create a new one, for clean label status. “Helping our customers overcome their formulation, or even reformulation, challenges to offer tasty natural products that consumers love is a key priority for us,” comments Edouard Janssen, Senior Vice President & General Manager, Solvay Aroma Performance, Americas.
03 Jan 2018 --- Solvay has launched new vanillin products that meet two market trends. The first is the switch to naturalness: “We’re seeing a huge consumer interest in natural food ingredients and natural claims on packaging, and that’s one of the trends that’s driving our innovation,” says Peter Browning. The second trend is a macro one around feeding the world’s population. The increasing need for protein is driving an impressive rise in the need for alternative proteins like pea and soya. These proteins have specific characteristics that the company believes its innovative products can help to resolve.

Solvay will present how it can help manufacturers satisfy the growing consumer demand for ‘natural’ and ‘clean’ label food, beverage and dietary supplements, without compromising on taste. 10 Mar 2017 --- Galactofructose, from the nutritional research of Solvay, is a sweet tasting functional ingredient naturally originating from milk.
