They’re kosher, GMO-free and halal. It’s the perfect ingredient should you want to enhance protein in foods such as nutritional bars and confections.” Suitable applications include seasonings and snack flavorings. All the company’s peanut flours are roasted in order to give natural flavor along with natural protein enhancement.
