Oumph! is a meat alternative product made with soy protein. “Plant-based food is one of the strongest food trends at the moment and it’s growing stronger by the minute,” says Henrik Åkerman, Marketing Manager at Food for Progress, the company behind the brand. “We strive to encourage more people to eat plant-based foods.
