New inline filling machine

Bosch presented the Ampack FCL inline filling machine. “This is an inline filler capable of filling and sealing level premanufactured cups, mainly in the dairy industry,” explains Rico Randegger at Bosch. “But we are also into baby food and clinical food applications. Clean, ultra-clean and aseptic is possible, where food safety is the core. We have taken our 50 years of experience in this field and combined that with modern capabilities of design and engineering. If you have a high volume product you want to go for high speed, while the more specialized nutrition products [infant and clinical nutrition] with more limited runs would use the smaller machine in order to reduce the cost of changeover. We are intensively testing this machine and looking to deliver to customers at the moment.”
