We have a huge expertise in in softness for all the brioche or all the soft bread.
So that's the first step.
You just need something to improve your product like in volume or in process or something so you can buy the ready to use improver.
And after that, if you want to work more precisely.
On a topic in your product like the softness or the processability, you can, or we offer you the The possibility To choose the right.
The right ingredients or the right topic and we like expose the ready to use improver in different ingredients called bricks.
And after with our knowledge, we can choose together which bricks you have to choose to improve, for example, especially the softness of your product.
So what were some of the main drivers behind this innovation?
What trends were you seeing in the market in order to develop such a product?
