Celena Alimentos has turned its focus to tracing its supply chain in detail, from farmer to final consumer. Luiz Figer, commercial director, discusses supply and demand in the current market. As a supplier of canola, sunflower and soybean oils, the Brazilian company has partnered with beekeepers, spread over 2,000 hectares of land, to protect beehives and the subsequent oil supply.
