Botanical boosters: Bell taps into hemp trends, beverages pegged for future growth

Bell Flavors & Fragrances recently released a line of cannabis-inspired and terpene flavors in the US and a range of hemp flavors and extracts for the European market, further addressing consumer curiosity for hemp but also for botanicals. The European range is specifically designed to recreate the flavor and aroma of hemp, according to Agneta Hoffmann from the company, who gives FoodIngredientsFirst some further insights on clean label flavors and botanical extracts.
