Yves Vantomme of Glanbia Nutritionals believes that the gluten free trend still has legs. “The demand for gluten free products is still rising in Europe. Glanbia is offering a range of gluten free grains to meet that demand. Our muesli contains a fusion of all these grains, including flax, chia, our gluten free oat flakes and some dried fruits as well.”
