Glanbia Nutritionals put the spotlight on protein, gluten free and immune boosting ingredients for a range of applications at HiE 2016. Yves Vantomme of Glanbia Nutritionals believes that the gluten free trend still has legs. “The demand for gluten free products is still rising in Europe. Glanbia is offering a range of gluten free grains to meet that demand. Our muesli contains a fusion of all these grains, including flax, chia, our gluten free oat flakes and some dried fruits as well.”
