New Emulsion Solution for Lower Cost in Use

Nexira offers Superstab, an all-natural acacia gum specially designed to emulsify and stabilize all types of oil-in-water emulsions for RTD beverages. The 100% all natural acacia gum requires no labeling change. The fact that use level is reduced by 3 times means that the product is extremely cost effective in applications.

Rob Iris at the IFT in New Orleans, and I'm here with Olivia Huala from Nexera, and Nexira are highlighting Superstab, which is an emulsion solution for lower cost and use.

Olivia, can you explain a little about this ingredient, what the benefits are?
