Frutarom’s President of Natural Solutions is confident for the future of his business unit following Frutarom’s US$7.1 billion acquisition by International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF). Speaking with FoodIngredientsFirst at Vitafoods Europe in Geneva, Yoni Glickman says: “It is clear from conversations and public statements that IFF is very interested in our Natural Solutions business and specifically our health & nutrition business. It gives them another opportunity to grow and expand into an area where a lot of consumers are enthused by. Our ability to deliver natural concepts for taste & health; whether active ingredients, natural flavors or natural colors all together in new delivery systems is an advantage for us.”
