So can you tell us about the development process behind your new clear yeast protein and how it achieves 100% clarity, making it ideal for visually clear beverages?

Yes, actually, we developed this clear protein or transparent yeast protein, or actually we call it a hydrolyzed yeast protein.

It's based on our deep understanding of the market for the functional beverage.

So how we realize it's because we find that the market needs a product with high nutrition but not sacrificing the flavor.

Why also they need to have a fresh taste and also.

Not a burden for their swallowing.

So that's why we developed this product by modifying or optimizing the molecular weight and dispersion ability in the water so we can realize by almost zero scattering ability, so it can show almost a transparency state.
