Ulti Darégal is claimed to be the first range of tasty and healthy juices that combines fruit and aromatic herbs. This range of juices is the result of a cobranding between Ulti, a passionate fruit lover and Daregal, an expert in culinary herbs. Charles Darbonne, CEO of Daregal tells FoodIngredientsFirst: “our idea was to be able to make a green juice because nowadays you have many green juices with kale and other ingredients, but they are not good. What we wanted to do was make a juice that is green and great.” “The key was how to make juice of parsley, basil and mint. All those herbs are really trendy in cooking and then how to incorporate into those small bottles and how to find the right recipe. At first when we tried different flavors, some didn’t work, but products such as apple & parsley have really turned out to be fantastic,” he says.
