Biospringer by Lesaffre unveiled its latest smoked yeast-based ingredient at this year’s Food Ingredients Europe trade show in Frankfurt, Germany. The new smoky note – Springer Signature SY101 – can be used in a range of food applications, such as savory vegan sauces.
