Food Ingredients Europe (FiE) 2013 was the first major exhibition for Ingredion Europe and it was an opportunity to showcase its most recent innovations. The first product to be launched under the Ingredion brand, NOVATION Endura 0100 functional native starch, was shortlisted in the Savoury/Meat Innovation of the Year category at the Fi Europe Excellence Awards. The revolutionary ingredient enables manufacturers to create a wider range of appealing and additive-free food products than ever before. It is just one example of how, as a pioneer in clean label starch technology, Ingredion continue to develop products in line with evolving consumer preferences and manufacturing advances and challenges.
