The South-Korean manufacturer was satisfied with the results of the visit, and the talks resulted in signing a contract with PAVA for shipping a trial consignment of high-grade flour.
21/05/09 PAVA signed a contract with a company from South-Korea for shipment of high-grade flour. Recently, a major Russian grain processor PAVA has announced its plans to further strengthen the export business and diversify the list of overseas customers. One of the latest achievements seen in this area is launching active co-operation with a large South-Korean manufacturer of bakery and pastry.
The South-Korean partner has shown high interest and substantial approach to co-operation, organizing a visit to one of PAVA’s mills in Achinsk. There, the delegation had an opportunity to follow the entire flour production process, from processing through to packaging. The South-Korean manufacturer was satisfied with the results of the visit, and the talks resulted in signing a contract with PAVA for shipping a trial consignment of high-grade flour.
Apart from prime quality of flour made of ecologically pure grain, one of the benefits which helps the Altay grain processor to attract an increasing number of overseas clients, is the company’s ability to fulfill individual customer requirements. This regards the quality parameters of flour, as well as developing a special package with enhanced durability. An important advantage is geographical proximity to the Eastern sea-ports which improves logistics and ensures competitive pricing.
The trial consignment will be shipped in two portions, one of which is already on its way to South Korea. With the deal completed successfully, both companies are looking to nurture a long-term partnership, which is in line with the current strategy of the Russian grain processor aimed at export expansion.
