After the coveted first edition in the fall of 2012, the second creation of passionate brewer and brew master is now celebrating its premiere at the art of brewing Live! Festival in Munich: The Lammsbräu "1628 Weizenbock" (alc 7.0% vol). The full force is to look at this strong golden beer downright intensive yeast turbidity. For this unique taste experience of the maltsters Lammsbräu composed a special malt from traditional wheat varieties that are only found in organic farming, and domestic malting barley Upper Palatinate. In Sud then combines the traditional Hersbrucker Bio-hop with the innovative Organic Cascade hop variety, originally from the USA. The noble Cascade hops but is not added until after the wort boiling, so its fine bitter flavors remain, reminiscent of grapefruit. Both varieties of hops are processed as whole natural clusters, so that the valuable nutrients are retained in the beer. In the fermenting room finally home-grown organic yeast rounds out the unique taste.
