Capsol Develops MinimalSpray
Being shorter and therefore less visually obtrusive than conventional spray caps, MinimalSpray ensures better visibility of cans on shop shelves and greater ease of storage at home.
Oct 18 2011 --- Elegance is in the essence of things, in the purity of lines, in the simplicity of forms. Excess is superfluous, harmful and causes unnecessary costs. Capsol was inspired by these concepts to develop MinimalSpray, a revolutionary spray cap in today's aerosol world. The new spray cap presents shape, function and technical characteristics that make it a unique object in packaging, reinforced by the patent filed by Capsol.
With a height that is approximately half that of normal spray caps currently on the market, MinimalSpray requires less material to be manufactured, thus contributing to greater respect for the environment. This lower height also allows packing less articles in a carton, resulting in saving transport and storage costs.
Being shorter and therefore less visually obtrusive than conventional spray caps, MinimalSpray ensures better visibility of cans on shop shelves and greater ease of storage at home.
Its simple and functional design is supported by important technical features such as the elimination of ovalness (a recurring problem on assembly lines) and greater resistance to falls (demonstrated during drop tests). However, the major feature without a doubt relates to accidental spraying: although lower than normal spray caps, the shape of MinimalSpray has been specifically designed to avoid mishaps. Consequently, cartons and pallets can be stacked as with normal spray caps.
MinimalSpray is available in Ø52mm and can be used with any vertical valve.
