U.S. Dairy Export Council is eying key growth opportunities for dairy products in the Middle East and North Africa. Nina Halal, director of these regions, shares insights on which products are poised for growth, specifically US-sourced cheeses, whey ingredients, milk powders, butter and other dairy ingredients in the form of an “innovation wall” and “cheese cave” showcased at the Gulfood event in Dubai.
