Tapping into the demand for sugar-free indulgence and cleaner labels, Belgian-based start-up The Ice Crime Factory was exhibiting its range of sugar-free ice creams at the PLMA show in Amsterdam. The company is also set to launch a sugar-free vegan range by the end of this year with an unnamed European partner.
