French plant-based Umiami has rebranded itself “Swap.” While the brand embraces a new identity, its focus on taste and sustainability remains unchanged. The company’s flagship product is a thick, whole plant-based chicken fillet that mimics appearance of traditional chicken using just seven ingredients. Chloé Leroux, retail partnership Europe and UK market lead, tells us more about the rebrand and the company’s expansion into the US.
