Wiberg highlighted their latest advances in spices and seasonings clean label solutions. The WIBERG product development team has collaborated with consultants to come up with product innovations that not only taste good – they also work perfectly and have a "clean label.” Optimizers ensure stable, homogeneous emulsions that have a positive effect on consistency and texture, in particular in the production of cooked sausage products. WIBERG also has a few innovations in store in this area: MEAT REPLACER AP is an aroma for the production of meat substitutes for cooked sausage, cooked salami and cured sausage, and also increases the water holding capacity in cooked cured products.
