Mitsuba looked to the sweltering street kitchens of Asia in its recent launch of Mitsuba Streetfood Snackmixes, containing puffed rice and crunchy coated peanuts. These snack creations are inspired by the vibrant streets of Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia, offering three flavors — “Thai Green Curry,” “Coconut & Peanut Satay” and “Beef Noodles.” We speak to Danielle Kranenburg, marketing manager brands at Mitsuba, about global flavor trends cooking up European snacking.
