At a recent ADM event in Chicago, US, Micah Greenhill, the company’s senior marketing director for non-alcoholic beverages, explained how health and wellness ingredients and being used in new and unique ways to elevate, for example, carbonated drinks. He explains how non-alcoholic beverages traditionally viewed as “treats” are transitioning into the realm of functional claims, including digestive — prebiotic and postbiotic — and hydration.
