Vitasti, True Foods Marketing agree to launch new Gluten-Free Hot Cereal

11/08/05 Vitasti, Inc. is pleased to announce that is has successfully come to an agreement with True Foods Marketing ("TFM") for the distribution of two of the Company's products, the Acai Berry Granola and Gluten Free Hot Cereal. Currently, TFM represents over 20 lines of products in the health and wellness market while serving as a distributor for, among other leading retailers, Whole Foods, Nature's Best, and MPW.

TFM will begin distribution of the Company's Acai Berry Granola and Gluten Free Hot Cereal in Northern California which will allow the Company to test distribution channels to the United States immediately.

Since announcing the launch of the Acai Berry Granola, the Company has not only received substantial feedback from large retail chains and distribution companies, but has begun to negotiate with many of those same chains and distribution companies with respect to the Company's products.

Additionally, following the launch of Vitasti's Acai Berry Granola, Progressive Grocer, a comprehensive source for food retailers, had an article featuring the Company's new Acai Berry Granola on its website.

The Company is also pleased to announce that it has developed, and will soon launch, a new line of Gluten Free Hot Cereals catering to those with Crohns and Celiac Disease.
