SoyLean brand products to reach retailer shelves in August

28/07/05 Natural Harmony Foods, Inc., a producer and marketer of unique, natural protein foods, has announced that the company's SoyLean brand products have been approved by the leading grocer in the Southeastern United States and the nation's sixth-largest grocery retailer. The chain also has scheduled shipment of the products to begin in August 2005.
The approved, initial line consists of SoyLean Flame-Broiled Beef Patties and Breakfast Pork Patties, both of which have fared well in consumer testing.
Natural Harmony Foods' SoyLean brand products combine the taste and nutrition of real, natural meat -- raised without growth-promoting hormones and fed an all-vegetable diet -- with heart-healthy soy protein. The products are low in fat, saturated fat, calories and cholesterol, yet since meat is the first ingredient, they deliver a meaty taste and texture absent in many soy-based products.
Natural Harmony Foods has confirmed that its SoyLean brand products will be displayed in the chain's meat department freezer cases. The launch chain, which cannot be declared by name at this time, is very well respected regionally and nationally; it is at the forefront in offering customers healthy food choices.
