Southern Wine & Spirits of America, Inc. announces formation of Southern Wine & Spirits of Mississippi
To become the majority owner of a newly formed entity.
28/07/05 Wayne E. Chaplin, President and Chief Operating Officer of Southern Wine & Spirits of America, Inc., the country's largest wine and spirits distributor with operations currently in 19 states, has announced that Southern Wine & Spirits will become the majority owner of a newly formed entity called Southern Wine & Spirits of Mississippi. In making this announcement, Mr. Chaplin added that Southern looks forward to working closely with David Koenig of D.J. Koenig & Associates, Inc., of Jackson, Mississippi.
Southern Wine & Spirits of America, Inc. is the nation's largest wine and spirits distributor, with current operations in 19 states. The multi-state distributor currently operates in: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Kentucky, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Vermont and Virginia.
