S Black Promotes Butter Buds Cream Products
Black has introduced ButterBuds Cream Plus and Dried Cream Extract (declarable as cream extracts) to the confectionery industry for biscuit/chocolate fillings and chocolate couvature applications.
21/11/06 Butter Buds are a range of natural flavours/extracts based on the real dairy product – butter, cream, milk, yoghurt and cocoa butter.
To meet the market trend for cleaner label declarations, S. Black has introduced ButterBuds Cream Plus and Dried Cream Extract (declarable as cream extracts) to the confectionery industry for biscuit/chocolate fillings and chocolate couvature applications. With a small addition, the cream extract enables the confectioner to achieve a chocolate or filling that is rich, creamy and smooth with a premium taste profile.
In caramels S Black has introduced a new sweeter natural butter flavour to give your caramel the ‘wow’ factor. Also available is a sauté butter flavour.
S Black is in the process of launching natural butter and cream flavours in an oil format – non-GM, non-hydrogenated and trans fat free – to enable easier processing.
Additionally, ButterBuds Cocoa Butter Buds enables the production of a Belgian-style chocolate flavour for fillings and chocolate whilst maintaining the product trademark of a rich, creamy mouthfeel with improved flavour delivery.
