The restaurants covered by the new agreement are planned for Tokyo, Osaka, and Fukuoka, Japan. The fine-dining steakhouse leader recently signed a three-location agreement with William and Stanley Ko, who have been Ruth's Chris franchisees for over ten years. They currently own and operate three restaurants in Taiwan and two in Hong Kong.
