Poulsen and Dautry Appointed to Chr. Hansen Board
Henrik Poulsen has had significant experience in strategic planning and execution as a result of senior positions in companies such as McKinsey & Co., LEGO A/S and KKR Capstone, and these capabilities will prove valuable to the board.
18 Mar 2010 --- On March 16, Henrik Poulsen and Alice Dautry were appointed new members of the Board of Chr. Hansen Holding A/S. At the same time Lennart Holm, PAI partners, stepped down.
In order to further strengthen the company, Chr. Hansen Holding A/S has named two new members to its board of directors:
Henrik Poulsen [born 1967] has served as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of TDC A/S since November 2008 and holds a M.Sc. in Finance and Accounting from Aarhus School of Business. He has had significant experience in strategic planning and execution as a result of senior positions in companies such as McKinsey & Co., LEGO A/S and KKR Capstone, and these capabilities will prove valuable to the board.
Alice Dautry [born 1950] has served as President of the Institut Pasteur a world leading research institute in microbiology since 2005 and has a strong scientific profile within immune health and microbiology. Prof. Dautry trained as a solid state physicist at the University of Paris and as a molecular biologist at the University of New York at Stony Brook and the National Institutes of Health in Maryland. Alice Dautry will bring a strong scientific background in the field of Health and Nutrition to the board.
The present Chr. Hansen Board of Directors consists of: Ole Andersen (chairman), Frédéric Stévenin (vice-chairman), Alice Dautry, Gaëlle d’Engremont, Malene Lunddal Hansen, Svend Laulund, Henrik Poulsen, Martin Seidel and Lionel Zinsou.
