Palsgaard Appoints New Managing Directors in Singapore and Ukraine
Romil Jagunap, 35, is well-acquainted with Palsgaard’s range of specialised emulsifier and stabilizer blends and is well prepared to take on the task of expanding and developing the sales of Palsgaard ingredients in the Asia-Pacific countries.
23/10/08 Palsgaard has promoted Mr. Romil Saron Jagunap to Managing Director of Palsgaard Asia-Pacific and appointed Mr. Artur Anatolyevich Riabyi to Managing Director of Palsgaard Ukraine.
Having worked for Palsgaard Asia-Pacific since December 2006, first as Area Sales Manager, and subsequently as Regional Sales Manager, Romil Jagunap, 35, is well-acquainted with Palsgaard’s range of specialised emulsifier and stabilizer blends and is well prepared to take on the task of expanding and developing the sales of Palsgaard ingredients in the Asia-Pacific countries.
Romil has more than 12 years of professional experience in the food industry handling various positions from QA/QC to R&D and business development. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology from the University of the Philippines, Los Baños.
Palsgaard Asia-Pacific was established in 1999 in Singapore as the regional headquarter performing sales and marketing activities catering to the Asia-Pacific countries.
In Ukraine, Artur Anatolyevich Riabyi has been appointed new Managing Director for Palsgaard Ukraine. Artur, 31, holds a university degree in economics and comes from a position as national sales manager for BMB Compound, a company under Bears Food Ingredients producing chocolate products for the confectionery and ice cream industry in the Ukraine. Palsgaard Ukraine was established in Kiev in May 2006.
