With a full serving of whole-grains (20 grams) in each 1.5 oz pouch, 4 grams of dietary fiber, 4 grams of protein, low in sodium and saturated fat, Quaker Simple Harvest makes it simple to eat well. Quaker Simple Harvest is a delicious, instant breakfast that can be made easily in the microwave or by adding boiling water.
