Musgrave acquires Variety Foods
The move comes as part of the company’s aim to expand in its food services business.
25/01/2005 Musgrave has announced it is to acquire specialist frozen food supplier, Variety Foods as part of an expansion in its food services business.
Variety Foods supplies frozen food products to the independent and group account market throughout Ireland. It supplies all segments within the food service market and offers an extensive range of frozen and chilled products.
This is the second frozen food acquisition in three months by Musgrave Foodservices, an operating division of Musgrave Group.
