MANE Sign Partnership with Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland
18 Oct 2016 --- MANE has just signed a partnership with the César Ritz Colleges Switzerland.
César Ritz Colleges Switzerland owns the Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland, where the next generation of international chefs is trained.
Based in Lucerne and in Le Bouveret, these schools are located close to MANE Vouvry, where the company has recently invested in a new R&D center of excellence including a state-of-the-art professional kitchen and a technology hall with various pilotscale manufacturing machines.
MANE and the future chefs will exchange on the challenges that the food industry will have to face in the coming years. Along with MANE’s chefs and flavourists, students will participate in creative sessions and will develop new innovative solutions taking into account their cultural and professional backgrounds diversity.
As the Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland in Le Bouveret plans to open a new centre for food research, MANE will share its best practices and expertise in sensorial analysis to assist the development of their own lab.
Training is one of the pillars of the Group’s corporate policy. MANE has developed its own flavourist and perfumers schools. MANE encourages its collaborators and Chefs to learn and to exchange.
By training the future generation, the company invests in its future. This new partnership will be a source of inspiration and innovative ideas for MANE’s Chefs. It is a first step to build a long term relationship with Chefs and re-inforce MANE’s capacity to provide customers with the best culinary solution taking into accounts their regional consumers’ preferences.
