Gemini Alliance Launches First 'Restorative' Beverage

Gemini Alliance has partnered with Rexam Beverage Can North America to help establish a new "restorative" beverage category. The company will introduce three completely unique drinks in Rexam 12oz. SLEEK cans.
With a tagline of "The Drink You Drink After You Drink," the first Mr.Re restorative beverage to hit the market targets consumers looking to restore their body from the effects of drinking alcohol. Unlike other beverages that provide quick boosts of caffeine, the all-natural recipe behind Mr.Re actually restores the lost nutrients to the body. Mr.Re is low in calories and contains no preservatives, no caffeine, no high fructose corn syrup, and no sodium.
"We have taken a 120 year old, generations-tested, completely natural beverage recipe and tailored it to restore consumer's bodies after they engage in lifestyle activities such as drinking alcohol," said Zurab Tsituashvili, Founder, Gemini Alliance. "We believe that there is no other beverage on the market today with this kind of restorative ability. And we decided to launch our unique beverages in Rexam SLEEK cans because they are the perfect package to help us achieve our goal of establishing and defining a new beverage category."
The Russian recipe behind Mr.Re Restorative Beverages was first created in 1887, but Gemini Alliance is bringing it to mass market for the first time in the United States. Following this initial introduction, Gemini Alliance will launch two additional restorative products to be consumed after smoking and flying, respectively. These products will also be in Rexam SLEEK cans, packages that provide unique shelf appeal, while delivering the inherent benefits of the aluminum can which include guaranteed freshness, superior distribution and filling economics, as well as the best in shelf-life and recycling.

"Our 12 oz. Rexam SLEEK Can was the perfect fit in offering product differentiation and package economics that will ultimately help them build their brand and bottom line."
The 12oz Rexam Sleek Can is part of the innovative Rexam SLEEK Can family, which also includes 9oz and 10.5oz sizes. The cans for this drink will be produced at Rexam's plant in Winston Salem, NC.
Gemini Alliance also worked with Rexam's Graphic Art and Printing Plate Operation in Elk Grove, IL, to set the color and graphic tolerances for perfect reproduction of the Mr.Re brand on aluminum cans. Rexam has the only company-owned, integrated graphic art and printing plate operation, complete with a manufacturing pilot line, to set these standards confidentially with customers, before mass production.
Mr.Re is available now in the New York tri-state area, with national expansion planned for next year. The beverage will retail for around $3.00 per can.
