07/07/06 All American Foods, Inc. acquired Forester Foods, Inc. All American Foods produces and markets its proprietary line of food ingredients from four facilities centrally located in southern MN. Its ingredients are utilized in a range of applications including bakery, frozen desserts, confectionery, processed meats and cheeses, along with sauces and dressings. Forester Foods marketed its own proprietary line of food ingredients utilized primarily by the frozen dessert industry.
