26 Sep 2019 --- Swiss flavor house Firmenich has reached an agreement to take a minority stake in Robertet, a French fragrance and flavor manufacturer that specializes in natural raw materials. The stake represents approximately 17 percent of the share capital, at a price of €683.30 (US$747) per security.
