'We are therefore delighted to see Australia, Argentina, France and New Zealand joining the growing list of countries, which recognise Litesse as a fibre,' says Business Director, Henrik Bjerregaard.
Litesse is a speciality carbohydrate that is 1 Kcal/g and offers a wide range of physiological and functional benefits. The ingredient replaces sugar and reduces fat while improving flavour and texture in many food applications and has the added benefit of being prebiotic and a soluble fibre.
