13/05/08 PhillySwirl, producer of ice cream novelties and flavored ice pops, is pleased to debut its newest innovation--Ice Cream Cupcakes. These frozen delights are half cake, half ice cream topped with swirled icing and chocolate or rainbow sprinkles. With two kinds of cupcakes in every box, they're sure to please kids and adults alike!
PhillySwirl's fresh-from-the-freezer ice cream cupcakes come in a six-pack serving tray shaped like a muffin tin, available at grocery markets, or a party sized 12-pack from club stores. "They're perfect for all kinds of entertaining," says PhillySwirl co-founder Max Lapin. "Fun, refreshing, ready to serve, individually sized…what more could you ask for in a dessert?" And unlike a traditional ice cream cake, there's no need to worry about ice cream melting faster than you can eat it: Serve the whole tray or remove as many as you need from the re-sealable plastic package ($4.99 - $5.99/6-pack, and $7.99 - $9.99/12-pack, depending on location). Also terrific as a snack or after-meal treat.
Other products from PhillySwirl include Swirl Popperz, Sorbet Stix, Swirl Stix, Fudge Swirl Stix, Sugar Free Swirl Pops, , and Philly Swirl's signature Italian Ice Swirl. All PhillySwirl products (except ice cream cupcakes) are gluten-free and tree-nut free as certified by the University of Nebraska Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources.
Six-pack cupcakes and a variety of other PhillySwirl products are available at Walmart, Winn Dixie, HEB, Giant Eagle, Topps, Sure Winner and independent grocers around the country. Party-sized, 12-pack cupcake trays can be found at Costco, BJ's and Sam's Club.
