Culinar and Hoff Merge in Norway
Hoff acquired the flavour operations in Skjetten in 2000. Today gross sales of spices and other ingredients to the foodstuffs industry amount to 45 MSEK. Hoff is a strong brand in the Norwegian foodstuffs industry.
12 Nov 2009 --- The boards of Directors of Culinar and Hoff have decided to merge the flavour operations of the two companies in Norway. A new sales and development company will be formed with Culinar as majority owner. The new name will be Culinar Hoff AS.
Culinar has worked the Norwegian foodstuffs market with flavour and texture solutions for 15 years now. Today the gross sales are around 50 MSEK. The market leader in Sweden, Culinar has the ambition of growing on the Norwegian market as well.

Headquarters for Culinar Hoff AS will be in Skjetten north of Oslo. Sales, marketing, customer-adapted development, orders and warehousing will all be located there.
