Culinar and Hoff Merge in Norway

12 Nov 2009 --- The boards of Directors of Culinar and Hoff have decided to merge the flavour operations of the two companies in Norway. A new sales and development company will be formed with Culinar as majority owner. The new name will be Culinar Hoff AS.
Culinar has worked the Norwegian foodstuffs market with flavour and texture solutions for 15 years now. Today the gross sales are around 50 MSEK. The market leader in Sweden, Culinar has the ambition of growing on the Norwegian market as well.

Headquarters for Culinar Hoff AS will be in Skjetten north of Oslo. Sales, marketing, customer-adapted development, orders and warehousing will all be located there.
