Croda Ranked UK’s Most Sustainable Corporation by Corporate Knights
Croda has announced that the 2013 ‘Global 100 Most Sustainable Corporations’ report has ranked it as the highest placed UK-based company and at number 25 in the world.
21 Feb 2013 --- The report, which is compiled annually by Corporate Knights, a Canadian media organisation specialising in the area of corporate sustainability, is now in its 9th year. It is the most extensive data-driven corporate sustainability assessment and is based on the financial, social and environmental performance of around 4,000 of the world’s largest listed companies.
The results of the report demonstrate Croda’s increased emphasis on sustainability and highlight the importance that it plays in the Company’s ongoing strategy. This focus will continue to enhance the financial performance of the Company, and deliver key environmental, social and governance benefits.
