Azelis to Unite All its 36 Companies Under One Brand

12/20/2010 --- Leading pan-European specialty chemicals distributor, Azelis, has launched a corporate re-branding programme which will unite its 36 companies under one brand from the 1st of January 2011. Capitalizing on more than 10 years of acquisitions, Azelis announced the re-branding of all its companies into ‘one Azelis’.
The Azelis brand was a house of different brands with following companies: Interland Chemie B.V., Europeroxydes SAS, Arnaud Ceská s.r.o., Arnaud Magyarorszag Kft., Broste SIA, Arnaud Polska Sp. Z.o.o., Azelis LL Rus, Arnaud Slovensko s.r.o., Arnaud Ukraine LLC, Kraemer & Martin GmbH, Thorson Chemical, Kraemer & Martin Pharma Handels-GmbH, Meister AG, Heinz Schlegel AG, Broste A/S, Brøste Industri A/S, Bröste OY, Brøste AS, Bröste AB, Chemlog S.r.l., Seward Corporation S.L., Impex Química S.A., Arnaud Hellas, Arnaud Romania Chemicals SRL, Chance & Hunt Limited, Broste Limited, S.Black Limited.

Azelis Group Director Corporate Brand & Communications, Inge Declercq explained: “Extensive research and market analysis led us to the view that Azelis united under one name, with a consistent visual identity and clearly articulated brand promise, would better represent our unique strengths and business focus.”

As with many major rebranding exercises the changes to the well known Azelis logo are subtle but the colour palette used to distinguish the company’s International Business Areas has a new vibrancy reflecting the new tag line “Refreshing chemical distribution”. These visual changes will become apparent early in the New Year with the launch of a new website, brochures, signage and stationery.
The launch of the new corporate brand identity follows detailed consultation with employees, principals and customers. The consensus view from all parties was that the re-branding decision was the logical and natural evolution for Azelis at this point.
