Axilone Answers the Insolence of Guerlain by Controlling the Material

Axilone answers “the Insolence” of Guerlain by controlling the material.

Axilone demonstrates - through the design of the cap created for Guerlain’s latest women’s fragrance  “Insolence” - its ability to take on a very ambitious challenge.

In perfect harmony with the bottle, this cap, produced in Surlyn 2000, gives the feeling that it was carved by light. If not for Guerlain’s logo on the top, nothing interferes with the cap and the radiation, which it captures.

Axilone relied on an in depth Mold Flow study to improve the distribution of the material and avoid occlusion and flow lines on the top of the cap. The filling of the mould was optimized and the logo - engraved in the mould – was preserved intact.
