AUSTRIA Juice: Ennser Succeeds Büttner as CEO

16 Jul 2014 --- As a consequence of the previously announced appointment of Stephan Büttner, CEO of AUSTRIA Juice GmbH, to the Management Board of AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG, the following changes are taking place in the management team of AUSTRIA Juice GmbH.

The new CEO, and therefore the successor to Büttner with effect from 1 November 2014, will be Franz Ennser.  Having previously been Chief Operating Officer of AUSTRIA Juice and accountable for the areas of Purchasing, Production and Quality Management, Ennser (43) will also be responsible for Human Resources in his new role.

With effect from 1 September 2014, the management team of AUSTRIA Juice will also include Markus Wagner and Lukas Maier.

Wagner (35) will be responsible for the areas of Sales, Logistics, Marketing and Product Development. He joined the company in 2005 at Ybbstaler Fruit Austria where he was promoted to the position of Sales Manager in 2011 and continued in this role at AUSTRIA Juice following the merger with AGRANA Juice Holding in 2012.

 Maier (34), who will be responsible for the areas of Finance, IT and Legal Affairs at AUSTRIA Juice, joined AGRANA in 2008 as the Assistant to the Management Board of CEO Johann Marihart. He has headed the areas of Corporate Production & Economic Policy since 2011.

AUSTRIA JUICE GmbH is a joint venture of AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG (AGRANA) and RWA Raiffeisen Ware Austria AG (RWA). The company produces fruit juice concentrates, fruit purées and natural flavourings as well as beverage ingredients and NFC juices for use by the beverages industry. The joint venture, which employs around 800 personnel, has its head offices at Kröllendorf in Lower Austria and 13 facilities in Austria, Denmark, Germany, Hungary, Poland, Romania, the Ukraine and China.
