Admiral Imports and Vina Luis Felipe Edwards Sign Long Term Agreement
The wineries history dates back to when it all started in 1976, when Mr. Luis Felipe Edwards determined to make his entry into the world of wines, recurring old vineyards from San Jose of Puquillay Estate, near the town of Nancagua.
27/08/07 Located in Chile's Central Region, south of Santiago in the highly favored Colchagua Valley, which is influenced by the immense Pacific Ocean, lies Vina Luis Felipe Edwards. The Colchagua Valley gives its name to the superior, highly praised wines produced there, which are pre-phyloxera stock. The wineries history dates back to when it all started in 1976, when Mr. Luis Felipe Edwards determined to make his entry into the world of wines, recurring old vineyards from San Jose of Puquillay Estate, near the town of Nancagua.
In 1993, the owner decided to start bottling the wines under his own brand name, with the commitment to produce the highest quality wines and the challenge to have a solid distribution system the building the brand in different markets all around the world.
The success and now expansion of the winery has led to new estates with Santa Bernadita of Pupilla and property in the Leyda Valley, an exclusive area near the coast to produce outstanding Sauvignon Blanc and later, Pinot Noir.
The wine range consist of the Reserva line which retails for around $8.99, the Family Collection Gran Reserva line which retails for approximately $13.99 and the top of the line Premium brand called Dona Bernarda, which retails for $24.99 and is the signature wine of the estate.

His skills in viticulture and wine making are adding to the high quality long term plan of Vina Luis Felipe Edwards to become one of most notable premier winery in Chile.
