Each year, some 3,000 on-trade visitors come to the LIWF. They are trade wine and spirits buyers, sommeliers and owners of restaurants, bars, hotels, clubs, pubs and catering businesses. This year the Academy of Food and Wine Service (AFWS) will run a series of sommelier tastings, and the prestigious Sommelier of the Year finals will also be held at the Fair.
